About the role
The Identity & Access Management Specialist supports corporate security credentialing operations. This role involves processing badge and access card requests, managing access permissions, and providing exceptional service to internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Credentialing & Access Control: Process and fulfill badge and access card requests, manage headshot photos, and assign appropriate access levels.
- Systems & Database Management: Work within multiple databases and web portals, conduct audits, and support system updates.
- Customer Service & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact, communicate with employees, contractors, and internal departments, and train new staff.
- Operational Support: Maintain inventory, ensure compliance, and reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with PCs, Google Workspace, MS Office, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
- Experience with access control or security systems preferred.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- NJ SORA License or willing to obtain.
