The role is for an IDDC Coordinator I within the Shipping & Receiving department at KSB GIW, Inc. in Grovetown, GA, USA, reporting to the Shipping Documentation Supervisor. The incumbent prepares and executes shipping documentation and related paperwork for worldwide shipments, ensuring compliance with customer, forwarder and bank requirements and all US export, import and domestic regulations.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to and promote all company safety rules.
- Follow company policies, procedures, regulations and work instructions
- Issue all documentation required to facilitate timely shipments that meet customer requirements and support GIW shipment process
- Documents for all shipments to include, but not limited to: Commercial Invoices, Order Confirmations, Packing Lists, Cargo Pick Up Notices, Shipper’s Export Declarations, UPS labels,
