This position works collaboratively as part of the Developmental Services Team at Highlands Community Services (HCS) and the School-Based Services Team to plan and provide required services. It plays a critical role in making a positive impact in the lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting families and caregivers, and coordinating necessary services, supports, and resources within the community.
Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate services, supports, and resources for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Work alongside community partners to create a network of supports ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the Developmental Services Team and School-Based Services Team to meet agency goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
- One (1) year of clinical experience.

Pay
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.
Schedule
Full-time, non-exempt, Monday through Friday.
Location: Washington County, VA or Bristol, VA.
