Responsibilities
• Conduct professional in-person SIS-A assessments
• Travel throughout Clarion, Indiana, and Armstrong Counties
• Engage individuals, caregivers, and support teams with empathy and professionalism
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
• Finalize and submit reports remotely from your home office
Requirements
Strong candidates often come from backgrounds in:
• IDD and Autism services
• Social work
• Behavioral health
• Case management
• Human services
• Clinical evaluation
• Education or special education
• Community-based support services
