Job Responsibilities
- Directs the operations of a single business location.
- Sustains high quality of care and services to persons with disabilities.
- Directs the administrative, clinical, financial, and employee relations functions.
- Enforces and monitors implementation of Personal Outcome Measures.
- Ensures adequate clinical supervision/oversight by clinical team members.
- Ensures implementation of the Unit Quality Improvement Plan.
- Ensures implementation of Staff Training Policies and Procedures.
- Maintains the unit Quality Assurance system.
- Makes sure assigned chart reviews are completed according to company policy.
- Remains current on all applicable regulatory standards.
- Prevents condition/fast tracks from surveys or audits by implementing corrective actions.
- Affirms implementation of a thorough plan of correction for quality assurance audits, life safety surveys, licensure and certification surveys, and LME monitoring.
- Participates actively in ensuring correction of all deficiencies in audits and surveys.
- Ensures corporate office receives copies of all surveys with the plan of corrections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, healthcare management, or general business/public administration.
- Graduate degrees in related areas are preferred.
- Five to seven years experience in prior management positions with comparable responsibilities as determined by the company.
Qualifications

- Driving requirement: Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle (if required for providing transportation for individuals).
