About the role

Provides leadership in patient care using the nursing process within regulatory and professional standards. Delegates and manages nursing team members, ensuring quality outcomes and cultural sensitivity. Supports departmental goals and maintains professional responsibility.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification; specialty certification preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills.
• No prior work experience required.
