About the Role
Per diem hospital care position for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in ICU or Telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality care in an acute-care setting, including patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Educate patients and families
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on specific assignments
