Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our RN, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that reflects clinical excellence and supports patients' well-being and recovery, in line with CHI Health's mission and values. Every day you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for a designated group of healthcare consumers, addressing the spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological aspects of care while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team focused on optimal outcomes.

• Demonstrates a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including: psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors
• Sets measurable and achievable short and long-term goals according to standards of care based on the assessment by the nurse in collaboration with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team
• Implements and/or modifies the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning based upon standards of care and evidence-based practice. Includes care coordination, education and discharge planning. The nurse is accountable for the care directly, indirectly or through delegation.
• Uses a systematic ongoing process to evaluate progress towards identified healthcare consumer goals. Revise the plan of care when needed involving the healthcare consumer and the multidisciplinary team.
• Documents all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer’s record.

Job Requirements

• Required Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 5 - months

Pay Range

$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
