Responsibilities

  • Provide expert ICU nursing care to critically ill patients on site.
  • Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and escalate when needed.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient treatment plans.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate measurable performance through adherence to clinical targets and pipelines.
  • Provide patient and family education to enhance understanding of care plans.
  • Support shift handoffs with clear, concise communication of patient status.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to drive results.
  • Maintain equipment readiness and report any malfunctions promptly.

Requirements

  • Active RN license and current ICU/critical care experience.
  • Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and interpreting ICU vital signs.
  • Infection control compliance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Effective interprofessional communication and shift handoff skills.
  • Ability to escalate patient status promptly and initiate escalation protocols.

Qualifications
