ICU Registered Nurse RN
About the role
At BRIDGEPOINT CONTINUING CARE HOSPITAL – WJMC CAMPUS, ICU Registered Nurses (RN) play a vital role in providing critical patient care. They are responsible for planning and delivering direct and indirect care through the nursing process, developing care plans, communicating changes in patient conditions, and participating in discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect critical patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning process.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Licenses/Certification: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. BLS & ACLS required. ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of date of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of six months’ ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Pay
$35.00 to $52.79 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable), $10,000 sign-on bonus (limited time!), Full Time Night Shift Only access to daily pay.
