Role: Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU Weekend Option Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, comprehensive care to critically ill patientsConduct patient assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilators and IV dripsInterpret laboratory and diagnostic resultsRespond promptly to changes in patient conditionsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsSupport patients and families through complex medical decisionsAccurately document care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with critical care experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication and patient support skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development and education
