ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in a critical care environment, primarily in an ICU setting. Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care and education to patients and families
• Participate in safety and quality improvement activities
• Develop and document care plans, communicate across care continuum
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• ICU experience required
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism
