ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in a critical care environment, specifically within a 4-bed ICU that supports both ICU and step-down patients. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families to promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include patient education on illness management, medication administration, and post-discharge care, as well as participating in professional development and emergency response activities. The role offers opportunities for career advancement into leadership positions such as Charge Nurse or Team Lead. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.ICU experience is required; no supervisory experience necessary.Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care skills.Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a fast-paced environment.
