Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status using age-specific data
- Conduct ongoing assessments and complete necessary documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Assist team members in delivering comprehensive patient care
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ICU or relevant setting
- Active Illinois RN license
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS certification required within 30 days of start
- Ability to work every other weekend
