About the role
Join a centralized staffing system as a Regional Float ICU Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. In this role, you will provide patient-centered ICU care, supporting 11 hospitals while gaining consistency through extended assignments at individual locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients
- Develop and implement care plans

- Ensure quality and safety standards
You will work three 12-hour night shifts with flexible start times, supporting a variety of ICU and occasional step-down or telemetry units.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent ICU experience
- Current RN license (Missouri and Illinois)
- Willingness to travel between facilities

- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience
