ICU Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Assignment

About the role

Join a central staffing team as a Regional Float ICU Registered Nurse (RN) on a long‑term assignment supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. The position provides patient‑centered ICU care with occasional float to step‑down or telemetry units, offering system‑wide exposure and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, advocate for patients, and promote safety, quality, and compliance.
• Apply evidence‑based practices, foster professional relationships, and educate patients and families.
• Maintain a safe environment and support a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years recent ICU experience.
• Current Missouri RN license with ability to obtain an Illinois RN license.
• Adaptability, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication.
• Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN.
• Initial full‑time training is required.

Pay

Schedule
