ICT Technician

About the role

Responsibilities

• Support staff and students in their use of ICT resources across the Academy.

Requirements

• Experience in managing and maintaining ICT equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in ICT or equivalent.
• First Aid qualification.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in IT hardware and software.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Pay and Schedule

• Actual salary: £21,904.27 - £23,226.03 per annum (FTE: £24,654.16 - £26,141.85).
• 37 hours per week - Permanent - Term Time plus 2 weeks.
