ICS Program Supervisor/QP

About the role

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Edenton, NC area. Regular travel is involved in the position up to 1.5 hours in the general area to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
• Directly supervise direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.
• Support the development and implementation of individualized service plans.
• Foster a positive team culture grounded in Easterseals PORT Health values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEAM.
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability is required.
• Reliable transportation that allows movement throughout the program delivery area.

Qualifications

Schedule

Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
