ICS Program Supervisor/QP

About the role

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide appropriate support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Plymouth, NC area. Regular travel is involved, up to 1.5 hours in the general area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement through high-quality supports
• Directly supervise direct care staff
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards
• Support the development and implementation of individualized service plans
• Foster a positive team culture grounded in Easterseals PORT Health values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability
• Reliable transportation for movement throughout the program delivery area

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEAM
• Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability
• Reliable transportation for movement throughout the program delivery area

Work Schedule

Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
