ICS Program Supervisor/QP
About the role
Easterseals PORT Health seeks a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide appropriate support services for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Greenville, NC area. Regular travel up to 1.5 hours in the general area may be required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement through high-quality supports
- Direct supervision of direct care staff
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards
- Support the development and implementation of individualized service plans
- Foster a positive team culture grounded in Easterseals PORT Health values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
- Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, good driving record, and insurability required
- Reliable transportation to move throughout the program delivery area

Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health challenges
- Experience in supervising direct care staff

Competitive salary depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
