Pay range per hour: $20.82 - $37.45. Additional compensation may include a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Pay is determined by factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Support operational teams and ICQA Leader in defect resolution, focusing on inventory within stored locations.
- Audit and resolve defects within assigned Service Level Agreements (SLA) and document root causes for follow-up.
- Respond to defects in warehouse locations, often using powered equipment.
- Perform weekly audits and communicate findings to ICQA Leader and operational leaders.
- Utilize lean approaches, Six Sigma tools, and 5S techniques to drive cleanliness and defect documentation.
- Correct inventory record inaccuracies and conduct follow-up audits for proper research.
- Address inaccuracies that impede operational teams from picking product to prevent order cancellations.
- Manage multiple priorities and processes while demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
Schedule
Weekend Nights (Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
Qualifications
- 2 years of prior work experience as a warehouse worker, operations technician, quality control technician, or similar role.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction after training.
- Ability to research defects/issues and determine root causes.
- Ability to navigate web-based ICQA reporting and forms (e.g., Smartsheet) with minimal direction after training.
- Basic data entry and analysis skills in Excel or other web-based forms.
- Ability to be trained on powered equipment as needed.
