CNC Operator II (Night and Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate CNC machines per released programs
- Load parts and verify fixtures and tooling prior to run
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Identify trends in tool wear or part variation and escalate appropriately
- Maintain production pace and meet output targets
- Ensure documentation, traceability, and part labeling accuracy
- Support basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication checks)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- 1–3 years of CNC operation experience
- Ability to read basic drawings and tolerances
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated Competencies
- Consistent quality output
- Strong adherence to standard work
- Reliable judgment on when to escalate issues
- Good communication with machinists and leads
Pay
Tech II - $23.00 - $26.00 (+10% shift differential)
