ICQA Supervisor - Night Shift
About the role
The ICQA Supervisor - Night Shift is responsible for managing employees' performance, developing workflow optimization strategies, and ensuring operational excellence within the ICQA processes. This role requires working in a multi-shift operation with extended hours, including warehouse environments and office settings.
Responsibilities
- Manage employees' individual performance through clearly defined expectations, coaching, and counseling to achieve required results with regard to productivity, safety, quality, and attendance.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the distribution processes and important variables influencing the workflow process to identify opportunities for improvement and develop departmental changes enhancing workflow optimization.
- Lead teams to support the company strategy and expectations; ensure operational excellence within the ICQA processes, and support peers in achieving operational excellence.
- Work in a multi-shift operation with extended hours of operation. 85% time on warehouse environment which may include in the actual flow when needed, 15% office, training, customer contact, external yard or trailers. Will need to change shifts or hours to meet training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Company, OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations with emphasis on hazardous materials and powered industrial equipment (PIE) requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, logistics, material management or equivalent experience
- 2+ years previous leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, multi-shift, order fulfillment distribution center interaction with large employee populations
- Lift 60+ lbs. may be needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Available for occasional travel to other distribution centers, corporate office, and field locations

Pay
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,300.00 – $112,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.
