Night Shift Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations in designated departments
Work towards daily objectives as assigned by Operations Manager
Collaborate with Department Leads regarding production priorities
Monitor progress and status of jobs on the priorities list
Maintain workflow schedules
Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
Submit material requisition to supervisor for current and future production
Conduct annual employee evaluations
Enter and track employee attendance in ADP
Administer disciplinary actions
