About the role
The Shift Supervisor (Night Shift) will oversee operations and ensure safety protocols are followed at the Phoenix Tailings facility in Exeter, NH. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including production, maintenance, and safety
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of employees
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to team members
- Prepare and present reports on shift performance and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or related field
- Experience with shift management and team leadership
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
