- Manage employee schedules, shifts and time off requests
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Ensure daily production goals are met
- Train and integrate new workers
- Provide guidance
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
- Resolve conflicts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
- Full understanding of industry safety standards
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Working well with a team
- Multi-tasking and leadership skills
