Ice Cream Scooper/Soft Serve/Barista

About The Job

Paradis is hiring an ice cream team member to join their amazing team. They are looking for a friendly, responsible chef/server/cashier who can make ice cream in the morning, sell after opening, scoop ice cream, make milkshakes, keep the store clean, and make customers happy.

Job Requirements

• The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in both hot and cold environments, including restocking freezers.
• Receiving Inventory/Stock.
• Excellent customer service skills are highly valued.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience handling cash is a plus.
• Part-time hours are available, with the possibility of full-time hours.
• Willing to work late hours.
• Soft Serve experience is a Plus.
• Prepare orders accurately and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Calculate totals, process payments (cash, debit/credit), and provide accurate change.
• Restock ice cream, supplies, and merchandise as needed.
• Produce ice cream, shakes, coffee, and other Paradis products (when applicable).
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines set by Paradis, including following food safety regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Compensation

Pay starts at Minimum Wage + Tips.
