About the Role

As an Ice Cream Scooper (Purveyor of Yum), you’ll create magical and memorable moments in the Parlor for all guests. This part-time, hourly position is tip-eligible and available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Scoop, serve, and engage guests by greeting them, answering inquiries about our decadent flavors, and offering personalized recommendations. Provide consistent and correct scoop sizes.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Promote sales, loyalty programs, and upselling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, set up displays, maintain cleanliness, and perform inventory tasks such as receiving shipments.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked.
• Loss Prevention: Follow safe work practices and security policies to prevent theft.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
