IBM MDM Consultant

Expertise Required

• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product hands-on implementation production support experience.
• 4 years IBM MDM experience must.
• Expert in Net and API.
• Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension Addition Business proxies SDP Match Merge Rules Event Manager Notification.
• Expert in Java JEE development background with RSA RAD Web sphere MDM Workbench SOAP Web Services XML XSD WSDL.

Technical Skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment including troubleshooting technical issues monitoring performance and ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve fix technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems performance bottlenecks and application errors.
• Work closely with Client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production related issues and ensure seamless operation.
• Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues ensuring timely resolution and follow up and do RCAs.

Technical Tools

• Experience in working with Linux Unix.

Preferred Experience

• Nice to have experience in Banking Insurance domain.
