IBM MDM Consultant

About the role

The role involves hands-on implementation, production support, and customization of IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition. You will also provide production support, analyze and resolve technical issues, and work closely with clients and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product implementation and production support.
• Expert in Net and API, with hands-on experience in IBM MDM Customization using various features.
• Java JEE development background with RSA RAD WebSphere MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment, including troubleshooting, monitoring performance, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to MDM AE, such as data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
• Collaborate with clients and other teams to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless operation.
• Document and track production issues using ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Experience in working with Linux and Unix.

Requirements

• 4 years of IBM MDM experience.
• Expertise in Java JEE development.
• Experience with IBM MDM Customization.
• Experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition.
• Experience with Net and API.
• Experience with Java JEE development tools.
• Experience with SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL.
• Experience with Linux and Unix.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in IBM MDM, Java JEE, Net, API, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL, Linux, and Unix.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role is $80,420 to $106,050 annually.
