About the role
The Lead of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of the organization’s IAM program, ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities and access across enterprise systems. This role oversees identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control, while serving as a functional lead for IAM technologies such as single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management.
