Job Summary
To lead, plan and manage all operational shift activities associated with cargo service delivery and handling in line with our policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Take full shift leadership and management responsibility of cargo office and warehouse operations in IAD.
- As a member of the IAD management team, participate energetically in running and developing all aspects of the operations and business.
- Work closely with the warehouse and office peers to develop and maintain a well-functioning relationship between all operational shifts.
- Have thorough understanding of contractual customer obligations, service quality and SLA requirements.
- Actively track productivity, quality, and financial performance.
- Undertake needed actions to make sure that set targets are met consistently.
- Coordinates safety and quality initiatives.
- Have thorough understanding of Swissport and airlines SOPs and take ownership of processes related to the department and its staff.
