IAD A&P MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Aircraft Maintenance
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including engines, landing gear, avionics, and other critical components.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
Troubleshooting and Repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, using technical manuals and sophisticated diagnostic equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts, ensuring all work is completed to regulatory and company standards.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Accurately document all maintenance work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and inspections conducted.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and flight operations personnel to ensure seamless and efficient aircraft operations.
Provide clear and concise communication regarding maintenance issues and status updates.
Pay and Benefits
Up to $2,500 in Relocation Expenses
$3,500 Experience Bonus
Industry leading pay scale $26.71/hr - $49.20/hr
Additional $6/hr for licensed A&P experience
