About the role
Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead HVAC Residential Installer in the Franklin, IN area. This position offers a starting salary of $40,000-$120,000 annually, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for a crew of installers
- Remove old HVAC equipment and replace with new equipment
- Replace old ductwork
- Test completed installs for proper setup
- Ensure work and customer service meet the highest standards
Requirements
- 3 years of residential on-call experience
- Able to lift 60-80 pounds
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics
