Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a crew of installers while going into the homes of clients
• Remove old HVAC equipment and replace with new equipment
• Replace old ductwork
• Test completed installs for proper setup
• Maintain the highest standard of work and customer service

Requirements

• 3 years of residential on-call experience
• Able to lift 60-80 pounds
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics
• Able to pass a background check (no felonies or pending felonies) and drug test if hired

Pay

$40,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays.
