About the role

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead HVAC Residential Installer in the Columbus, IN area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a crew of installers
• Remove old HVAC equipment and replace with new equipment
• Replace old ductwork
• Test completed installs for proper setup
• Ensure work and customer service meet the highest standards

Requirements

• 3 years of residential on-call experience
• Able to lift 60-80 pounds
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics

Benefits

Pay: $40,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays. Benefits: Paid birthday and holidays, vacations, health and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) plan with guaranteed company match.
