EngineeringFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "At Bakelite, you’ll help us create a better tomorrow with sustainable and innovative chemistry today. We’re Everywhere. Everywhere you look, you’ll find products enabled by Bakelite, from stronger homes to safer automobiles and everywhere in between. With more than 100 years of history and strong customer relationships, we boldly engineer sustainable products to tackle our world’s most challenging demands. Join Our Team and Help Us Build a Stronger, Safer, Better World. It’s Better with Bakelite." That's about the company, could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" heading for the intro describing role impact? Actually there is a section "Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Technician: The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World". That's about impact. Could be "About the role". We'll include that. Then "It's Better with Bakelite: Our Commitment Back to You" includes bullet-like paragraphs about shaping future, champion associates, protect planet, safety, care, compensation, benefits. That's benefits/commitment. Could be "Benefits" or "About the role"? Might be better as "Benefits" section. Then "Life in Taylorsville:" location info. Could be "Location" but not in allowed headings. Could be omitted? But we need preserve all substantive info. Could put under "About the role" maybe as a paragraph. Or we could create a custom heading? The instruction says use headings for those specific section names; but we could still include other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also have other headings? Probably better to stick to those. We can embed location info in a paragraph under "About the role" or maybe under a "Benefits" section? Not ideal. We could treat location as part of "About the role" description. Then "What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:" then list responsibilities under subheadings: Electrical Systems, Instrumentation, Process Control & Automation, Safety, Compliance & Reliability, Collaboration & Documentation. Those are responsibilities. So we can have a "Responsibilities" section with a
  • for each duty. However there are subcategories; we could keep them as separate
under each subheading? But instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
with items being each duty; we could embed subheadings as

maybe? But we need to preserve all info. Could do

          Responsibilities

          then

          Here are your primary responsibilities:

          then
with each bullet being a duty; but we have subheadings like Electrical Systems etc. Could make each subheading a

            Electrical Systems

            then a nested
              . That still uses
              • for list. Similarly "Local Specific Requirements For The Role" is requirements. So we can have a "Requirements" section with list. Then "What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):" includes Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. That's qualifications/skills. Could split into "Qualifications" and "Skills". But we have both headings allowed. We could put Minimum Qualifications under "Qualifications" and Preferred Qualifications under "Skills" or combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Pay and Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit those sections. Benefits: we have some description: "We offer competitive compensation, robust benefits and support our associates every step of their career." Also earlier: "We Champion Our Associates... continued learning and development." "Together, We Will Protect the Planet." "Safety is a Core Value." "We Care." Those are more like company values/benefits. Could be under Benefits. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. So remove the paragraphs after "Are you ready to help us build a better tomorrow..." that talk about applying, EEO, etc. Also remove the disclaimer about search firms, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:
