We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Project Overview, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Experience/Skills, maybe Benefits? Not present. Pay Rate: competitive - depending on experience (but we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them; it does say "Pay Rate: competitive - depending on experience". That is a statement about pay, but it's vague. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Pay Rate: competitive - depending on experience. That's a statement, albeit vague. Should we include a Pay section? The instruction says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "competitive - depending on experience" is similar to filler? It's not specific. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay section. Schedule: they gave typical 40 hours per week (4x10s or 5x8s) with option of one remote day per week. Up to 72 hours per week during refueling outages, day or night shift, outage schedule to fit needs of assigned work/project. That's schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state schedule details. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: not mentioned. So omit. We need headings: About the role? Could use Project Overview as About the role. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: Seneca Resources description, EEO, etc. Also remove "Seneca Resources: We are a client-driven provider..." That's boilerplate; remove. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have sections: About the role (Project Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Experience/Skills, Schedule. Possibly also "Top Must Haves" could be merged into Requirements? But we should preserve content. The "Top Must Haves" includes schedule and experience bullets. We already have schedule separate; the experience bullets are similar to Requirements. Might be redundant. We could incorporate them into Requirements but we must not lose info. Since Requirements already covers similar points, we could keep Requirements as is and maybe not duplicate. But we need to preserve all substantive info; if we omit Top Must Haves we might lose the schedule info (which we moved to Schedule section) and the experience bullets (which are similar to Requirements). The Requirements section already includes 5+ years electrical/I&C engineering experience; nuclear or power-generation experience strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree; Experience with power systems, relay logic/protection, electrical schematics, circuit design, and engineering calculations; Strong technical/specification writing and communication skills; Ability to interpret engineering codes, regulations, and standards; Ability to lead and collaborate across multi-disciplinary team. The Top Must Haves includes: Typical 40 hours per week (4x10s or 5x8s) with option of one remote day per week. Up to 72 hours per week during refueling outages, day or night shift, outage schedule to fit needs of assigned work/project. 5+ years Electrical/I&C Engineering experience – ideally in nuclear or power generation. Nuclear plant experience – understanding of plant design, systems, components, and engineering/design changes. Electrical power systems expertise – relay logic/protection, electrical schematics, circuit design, and load calculations. Engineering change/design experience – specifications, calculations, technical evaluations, and design change packages. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or comparable engineering degree meeting ANSI requirements. Biggest differentiator: Experience serving as a Lead/Responsible Engineer (RE) on nuclear electrical/I&C projects. Thus we need to preserve those specifics. We can incorporate them into Requirements and maybe a separate "Key Qualifications" section. But we must not create thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Top Must Haves into a single Requirements section, but we must not lose the schedule info (which we put in Schedule). The Top Must Haves also includes the biggest differentiator about Lead/RE experience. That is important. Thus we can have a Requirements section that includes all those bullet points (including the Lead/RE differentiator). We'll need to ensure we don't duplicate. Let's extract bullet points from Top Must Haves: - Typical 40 hours per week (4x10s or 5x8s) with option of one remote day per week. - Up to 72 hours per week during refueling outages, day or night shift, outage schedule to fit needs of assigned work/project. - 5+ years Electrical/I&C Engineering experience – ideally in nuclear or power generation. - Nuclear plant experience – understanding of plant design, systems, components, and engineering/design changes. - Electrical power systems expertise – relay logic/protection, electrical schematics, circuit design, and load calculations. - Engineering change/design experience – specifications, calculations, technical evaluations, and design change packages. - Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or comparable engineering degree meeting ANSI requirements. - Biggest differentiator: Experience serving as a Lead/Responsible Engineer (RE) on nuclear electrical/I&C projects. Now Requirements section already has: - 5+ years of electrical/I&C engineering experience; nuclear or power-generation experience strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable engineering discipline. - Experience with power systems, relay logic/protection, electrical schematics, circuit design, and engineering calculations. - Strong technical/specification writing and communication skills. - Ability to interpret engineering codes, regulations, and standards. - Ability to lead and collaborate across multi-disciplinary team. We can merge the Top Must Haves bullets into Requirements, but we need to avoid duplication. We'll create a Requirements section that includes all unique points. Let's list unique points: - 5+ years Electrical/I&C Engineering experience (ideally nuclear/power generation) [from Top Must Haves] (similar to Requirements) - Nuclear plant experience – understanding of plant design, systems, components, and engineering/design changes. - Electrical power systems expertise – relay logic/protection, electrical schematics, circuit design, and load calculations. - Engineering change/design experience – specifications, calculations, technical evaluations, and design change packages. - Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or comparable engineering degree meeting ANSI requirements. - Experience serving as a Lead/Responsible Engineer (RE) on nuclear electrical/I&C projects (biggest differentiator). - Strong technical/specification writing and communication skills. - Ability to interpret engineering codes, regulations, and standards. - Ability to lead and collaborate across multi-disciplinary team. - Experience with power systems, relay logic/protection, electrical schematics, circuit design, and engineering calculations (already covered by electrical power systems expertise? Slight overlap but we can keep.) - Experience with DCS, PLCs, Industrial Control Systems, and generator/control systems (from Preferred Experience/Skills) - Experience with ETAP, MATLAB, Excel, or similar engineering tools (Preferred) - Previous power utility experience (Preferred) - PE license, SRO/STA, or other nuclear qualifications are a plus (Preferred) We also have Preferred Experience/Skills section. Thus we can have two sections: Requirements (mandatory) and Preferred Experience/Skills (optional). That seems appropriate. Now About the role: Project Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: list. Schedule: we have schedule info. We must not create Pay section. Now format:

    About the role

Project Overview: This individual will serve as the Lead/Responsible Engineer (RE) for several major equipment replacement projects, including the Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Generator Protection Relays, Main Generator, and Exciter.
