About the role

As a Salesperson at Norm Reeves Hyundai, you are a key member of the sales team. Your role involves creating a positive experience for guests who visit the showroom or sales lot. You will handle all in-person interactions, including test drives and vehicle deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests entering the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects before the drive
• Drive vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain confidential customer information on the Dealership Management System
• Aid in writing complete sales orders and processing paperwork according to dealership policies and procedures
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for meetings with management
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and vehicle deliveries

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills, both with Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

We are looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach. Previous experience in customer service or related fields (electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Pay

$60,000 - $120,000 annually
