About the role

Norm Reeves Dealerships is expanding and seeks a skilled technician to join our team. This position involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle mechanical and electrical issues, servicing key systems, and maintaining a professional workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electrical issues using Toyota diagnostic tools and procedures.
  • Service and maintain key systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, suspension, and electrical components.
  • Complete quality repairs efficiently while adhering to Toyota standards and safety protocols.
  • Document all work performed with accurate repair orders and inspection notes to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations, timelines, and customer concerns.
  • Maintain a professional workspace and represent the dealership with integrity in all guest interactions.

Requirements

  • Full time availability.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Experience at an Automotive School or Program a plus.
  • Hyundai Certified, Factory Trained, and ASE certificates preferred.
  • Prior dealership experience required.
  • Dedication to safety and serving guests.
  • A positive, fun, team-minded attitude.

  • Commensurate with experience.

Skills

  • Proficient in using Toyota diagnostic tools and procedures.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay

Flat Rate: $32.00 - $45.00 DOE
