About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough oral health assessments and report findings
- Take dental x-rays with handheld equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist the surgeon during exams and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Stay current with the latest dental practices and technologies
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dental software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient care
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA policies
