Schedule

• Monday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday: 9:00 am – 7:30 pm
• Wednesday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics, and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments, and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice (new graduates welcome).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education, and prevention.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Compensation

$55–$60 per hour plus a hygiene bonus plan. Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus.
