Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple geologic and hydrogeologic investigation, compliance, and remediation projects from start to finish.
- Support and participate in site-characterization investigations, including geophysical surveys, well drilling oversight, geologic logging, groundwater sampling, and hydraulic testing events.
- Document, manage, and analyze data to develop graphical summaries and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, ArcGIS, Word, Sanitas, DUMPStat, AQTESOLV, or applicable software.
- Conduct routine monitoring events such as installing pressure transducers and measuring water levels.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to guide project execution.
- Cookordinate and manage resources across multiple departments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Communicate project status regularly to team lead, senior management, clients, and other stakeholders through formal reports and presentations.
- Collect samples and use field instruments to monitor hydrologic conditions (groundwater, stormwater, surface water).
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to resolve field and scheduling challenges.
- Evaluate opportunities and prepare work scopes, cost estimates, and proposals.
Education, Experience And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, Hydrology, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree and professional license (PE or LPG) preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in industries related to DOE, DoD, state, or commercial contracting (required).
