About the role
We are seeking an Industrial Hydraulics Application Engineer to support the development and delivery of custom hydraulic and fluid power solutions. This position works closely with customers, sales, engineering, and production teams to develop hydraulic systems from initial application requirements through design, testing, startup, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and internal teams to define hydraulic system requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Design and review hydraulic circuits, schematics, and system layouts.
- Size and select pumps, valves, actuators, accumulators, filtration, and other hydraulic components.
- Develop bills of materials, conceptual designs, and technical information for project proposals.
- Support testing, validation, system modifications, and design improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, or a related experience.
- 2+ years of experience with industrial hydraulics, fluid power, or hydraulic system design.
- Ability to read and develop hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering/design software.

Pay
$80,000 – $130,000 per year
