HYDRAULIC PRESS OPERATOR 2ND SHIFT

About the role

The Press Operator monitors and cleans press equipment to ensure quality standards are met at the Rt 30 location.

Responsibilities

• Monitors efficient operation of press equipment within control plans
• Identifies minor mechanical problems and performs adjustments to equipment as needed
• Performs routine cleaning of equipment as needed for color changes
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor
• Follows standard operating and safety procedures
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized
• Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 year previous manufacturing/production experience

• Good record keeping skills
• Good listening skills
• Accurate measurement capability
• Ability to understand and speak basic English
• Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner

Pay

Hourly rate of $23.18 (2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 2:30pm–1:00am).
