About the role
As a Press Operator, you'll manufacture high-quality rubber components used in dairy equipment worldwide. You'll operate molding presses, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring rubber injection mold presses
- Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Trimming, grinding, and finishing molded parts
- Following work instructions and safety procedures
- Recording production information accurately
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Working closely with teammates to keep production moving
- Assisting other departments as needed
Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or rubber molding experience is helpful but not required. We'll train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for the entire shift, frequent use of hands, and occasional lifting of more than 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work Environment
This is a manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary seasonally, machinery is operating throughout the shift, and employees may occasionally be exposed to grease, oil, humidity, vibration, and moderate to loud noise.
