Responsibilities

  • Producing annuity sales in assigned geographic area and covering all channels and products
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies across assigned advisor segments
  • Communicating sales strategies, case design, product designs and business building strategies
  • Maintaining proactive and reactive sales activity in the assigned territory including phone calls, virtual meetings and in person meetings
  • Hosting in-person and virtual seminars to drive sales
  • Traveling to the assigned territory to drive sales on occasion

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Series 6 or 7 license or Series 63 required
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce
