Hybrid Virtual Bilingual Clinical Educator

About the role

Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company, providing remote disease state and product education for a specific product within the respiratory therapeutic area. This Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator (VCE) role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate clinical and educational information to patients, care partners, and healthcare professionals across the nation. The VCE also supports the design and development of therapeutic area (TA) educational resources and demonstrates expert knowledge of TA disease states, treatment guidelines, product, supportive care, adverse event management, and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote (web-based, telephone) education and training to assigned patients prescribed client product who have opted into the clinical educator program.
• Deliver education, training, and support to English- and Spanish-speaking patients, caregivers, and care partners in a culturally appropriate and professional manner.
• Conduct in-person education if business permits.
• Identify, support, and communicate unique educational opportunities for the related product and share intelligence with leadership.
• Contribute clinical insights to enhance both short- and long-term program offerings.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients and/or caregivers.
• Enroll patients/caregivers into educational seminars or provide resources to assist them with finding local community resources or centers of care.
• Maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts.
• Leverage live video conferencing software on the web or client-specific websites as applicable.
• Use only approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or the client without altering, copying, or distributing them.
• Attend and complete all required training courses and related competency assessments to an appropriate standard and within specified timeframes.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Some overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse US healthcare professional license required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required, with the ability to communicate complex clinical and healthcare information effectively in both languages.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of successful combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience (background in TA, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology, or Specialty focus preferred).
• Experience working in a remote setting handling patient interactions.
• Ability to travel in the US, including overnight travel.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Demonstrable organizational skills.
• Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $81,000 – $150,000 per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
