Hybrid Virtual Bilingual Clinical Educator

About the role
The Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator (VCE) provides remote (web-based, telephone) disease-state and product education to assigned patients and care partners nationwide for a respiratory therapeutic-area product. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, including the ability to communicate clinical and educational information verbally and in writing in both languages. The VCE also supports the design and development of therapeutic-area educational resources, including disease-state and product information, patient, care-partner, community-advocate, and consumer education materials and programming.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote (web-based, telephone) education and training to assigned patients prescribed client product who have opted into the clinical-educator program.
- Provide education, training, and support to English- and Spanish-speaking patients, caregivers, and care partners in a culturally appropriate and professional manner.
- Conduct in-person education if business permits.
- Identify, support, and communicate unique educational opportunities for the related product and share intelligence with leadership.
- Contribute clinical insights to support the development of both short- and long-term enhancement of program offerings.
- Conduct outbound medication-adherence support to patients and/or caregivers.
- Enroll patients/caregivers into educational seminars or provide resources to assist them with finding local community resources or centers of care.
- Maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or scripts and leveraging live video-conferencing software.
- Use only approved materials provided by Inizio Engage or the client, without changing, copying, or distributing them.
- Attend and complete all required training courses and related competency assessments to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse US healthcare professional license.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex clinical and healthcare information effectively in both languages.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience (primary care, specialty care, institutional; background in therapeutic area, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology, or Specialty focus preferred).
- Experience working in a remote setting handling patient interactions.
- Ability to travel in the US, including overnight travel.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice.
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.
- Demonstrable organizational skills.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $81,000 – $150,000 per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
