Hybrid Recruiter RPO- Consultant

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Hybrid Recruiter and play a vital role during a high-volume hiring season, supporting our client, which is a Fortune 500 company and leader in financial services. This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to organizational growth, and gain valuable talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Review, screen, and contact candidates within the ATS
• Provide a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Conduct phone screens and extend offers
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process
• Accurately document and track all recruiting activities in the ATS
• Attend required training sessions and implement guidance from mentors and team leads
• Collaborate effectively with recruiters and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conducting outbound calls, are essential
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively utilize multiple platforms concurrently
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience and strong technology skills
• RPO or corporate recruiting background a plus
• High-volume experience a plus
• Be willing to work an 8-hour shift between 8 AM and 6PM depending on your time zone
